Decorated using local Nara wood, this bright restaurant serves Kansai style udon noodles — please come in and try some for yourself! The noodles are made using flour from Hokkaido, and they are served in a rich broth of mackerel, sardine, and other locally sourced fish. Delicious erimo kelp seaweed delivered by local fishermen is also added to create a well-balanced and full flavoured dish.
